Title V Inspections

A Title V inspection is required whenever a property with a septic system is sold, divided, or combined, or when there are any changes or expansions made to the facility. An inspector will come and check for structural integrity, normal liquid/operating level and leaching function as well as conditions of both inlet and outlet functions.
